This game is amazing. There are a few bugs but they can be overlooked with the beautiful artwork and outfit design. I thought you were supposed to choose the character but you can be make your own? That is so awesome! I can create my favorite couples from the game and be all fangirl-like thanks to this character creator. I'm really glad you've added their powers into it, (because everyone knows having powers is cool.) So I really enjoyed playing this game several times creating my OC's and stuff and I just can't wait for your other creations! SO AWESOME!
This game is simply amazing for having been completed (completed enough for a partial release) in such a short time. Rinmaru's games usually take much longer to give the same quality. I'd call this game on par with her other works, or even better than them, in spite of the short amount of time it took to complete. The character customization and "genetics" options were simply astounding. Short of changing the face shape (and even then, who would want to?), almost every aspect could be adjusted. I've noticed that in most couple scene makers, the male has far fewer customization options than the female, but in this game, the only thing the male seemed to be "missing" was the mascara. There was a nice selection of hairstyles for both male and female characters, especially considering the timeframe. Other than some matters of personal taste, the wardrobe selection was excellent. There were many styles, and many options to customize. The interface which allows customization of each specific part of an article of clothing is a nice carry-over from other games. My only criticism of the wardrobe would be that in many cases, the shirts (and variations thereof) clung far too tightly to the body and presented an unrealistic "paper doll" effect (i.e. a seam running across the female's chest does not in any way curve due to "depth," and in many cases the sleeves appear almost painted on), rather than the depth and believability Rinmaru's art usually shows. To be fair, clothing is sometimes like this (especially in a fantasy world where one must be quick and can't have billowy clothing getting in the way!), but in excess draws too much attention to unrealistic seams and hems. The interface was very good. Navigation around the Armors menu was a bit clumsy (it was difficult to select gloves instead of wrist armors, and vice versa), but could fortunately be improved by zooming in. The color options were a little frustrating because it was impossible to tell which of the two color panels corresponded to which part of the object, but with 50/50 odds, modifying the correct color wasn't too bad. In addition, when working with dark-colored clothing or armor, thin lines of light color would occasionally appear, but would eventually disappear as new options were selected. All in all, a wonderful game. I look forward to seeing the other races!
Not to be rude or anything but, are you ever going to update this game? I've wanted to see the new races and stuff but they never came out. And what about the video game avatar? Someone said you dropped that because of a massive coding bug or something. The only new games I see anymore are from Pichichama or Prince Of Roses.
aiyviydvqu I loves this series and this game so much, I'm just dying with excitement every time I play them. I don't know who to pare up! I mean Kole is my new favorite, but Aida and Zander, but then came Kole.
I noticed that these characters are slightly smaller than the character base in the video game avatar creator you stopped doing. The only reason this is a problem is because the details aren't as visible, especially with things like eyes.
Also, I liked in the VGAC how you could change the size and positioning of eyes and such. It felt like I was able to customize my characters just a little bit more.
Other than that, it's great! I wish you could continue the VGAC, but I do understand why it would be a pain to do so.
hello rin I would like to let you know that I've a glitch in you game when there is a boy moon elf and a moon elf I put a cape on the girl and the bottom part appeared behind the boy. But other than the good job
Why not? I think it is a great idea, and I'm so surprised that I was not the only one to think that Diego and Sky might have something together in the near future. I'm really glad that Rin has made a hint that there will be something about them, because I think that their story will lead to an even more successful release of the next chapters. I mean, think about it, the way Diego tried protecting Sky from the noble failures or whatever they were called, and she 'shoved' him away because he was the one who was responsible for her parents' death. If their relationship is confirmed, well... There you go, an unbreakable bond between those two that might not be depending on Diego's orders to slaughter Sky's parents. I know I'm talking nonsense, but roughly, you probably will know what I mean xD
What kind of question is this? Diego and Sky are not in a modern world in a school, it's a medieval adventure game. It's not like they decide to go on dates to a mall together despite one-sided hatred towards the boy. It is possible to make worst enemies fall in love, trust me. This is exactly what I'm going through right now. I mean, I'm not falling for a person I hate, I am writing my own FanFic based on a youtube story called Blackrock Story. I have added fictional characters that are related to both of the two main protagonists, and at first, similarly to Diego and Sky, the additional characters start off as 'so called' enemies, and not so long ago, they were strangers to each other. Well, they're not enemies but the girl I have created hates him just as much as Sky hates Diego. And the reasons for why she hates that man is pretty good and related to parents too. Sorry for any bad combination of words that do not suit the Standard English language, as I am not english. Hope you understand my point, but if you prefer to discuss Diego and Sky any further, you're more than welcome to do so.
